The Session
How will the session take place?
First, we will meet over a Zoom call, and discuss your present state and clearly define your intentions (~10 minutes).
You will sit in a comfortable chair, so that I can see your body on my screen.
I will create a safe and sacred energetic container, and I will offer a beautiful invocation, to begin the session.
I will send your entire body Reiki, and allow you to shift into a feeling state. I will listen to your body's messages. Everything you want to know is within you.
Then ... this is where the magic happens! ... I will offer Reiki to each of your chakras. The chakras are full of information. You may receive images or knowings. You may feel physical sensations in your body. Or, you might simply feel relaxed. I will also be tuning in to your energy, sensing your body's messages in colors, visuals, words, images, and sometimes even stories. Listening to your body's innate wisdom, I will share my experience with each chakra. We will work together, deciphering your energy.
Typically, the session ends with more balancing of energy, and integration.
Finally, we will reserve a few minutes at the end of the session, to talk about your experience. I love to give homework! So, you may receive some practical guidance on how to incorporate the information from the session into your life.
