As you know, my sessions include Reiki, Shamanic Techniques, Chakra Healing and Plant Spirit Medicine (essential oils with acu-aromapoints) + guided meditations. Together, we will listen to your heart and soul, and you will be able to Heal Into Yourself.
Sometimes this looks like deep, deep relaxation, other times it might be a wild journey on a guided meditation. It's always just what you need.
What's included in the Fall 3-Session Package?
- 3 SESSIONS (IN-PERSON or VIRTUAL SESSIONS Available)
Each fall session will last approximately 1 3/4 hours, providing time for a long spacious intake and check-in; a luxurious debrief and reflective post-session emails IS part of the healing. It’s how YOU as the client gain the most insight and offers more time for intuitive knowing.
A private Schedulista link will be sent upon purchase, for you to choose your appointment times.
Life happens; if you need to change a date for some reason, we’ll find another appointment time that month!

- Follow up emails, including guidance and suggestions, and some "homework"- practices for you to continue at home.
