Flourish is a 4-month intensive program, including:

one-on-one mentorship,

FLOURISH is a mentorship program created uniquely for Reiki Practitioners.

To flourish is to “grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a particularly favorable environment”.

This mentorship will provide that environment for you.

With over 15 years of experience in the healing arts; wisdom gained through hundreds of Reiki sessions; and an extensive teaching background, I have specifically created FLOURISH to support and enrich your next steps as a practitioner.

Years ago, when I felt ready to take the next step in my Reiki practice to seeing clients, I wasn’t quite sure where to start.

In designing FLOURISH, I reflected on the key aspects of my own growth and maturity as a practitioner:

the essential lessons learned from my first sessions;
one's relationship and use of the Reiki symbols;
an understanding of the chakras and the human energy system;
the creation of safe and sacred space, and learning what creates the highest quality session for clients;
the constant evolution of one's own intuition; and
finding one's signature style as an energy medicine practitioner.

Each one of these areas required me to grow both personally and professionally, and to examine my progress from many perspectives.

In addition, what I yearned for most as a new practitioner was a mentor, someone I could talk to about sessions, techniques, practicalities, client specifics and my own spiritual growth and expanding consciousness.

In this mentorship intensive,
you will be guided and supported
through all of these aspects
of the Reiki practitioner’s beautiful
and powerful journey…and more!

Key Program Components:

Reiki Sessions + Reflection Papers (minimum 15 sessions)
Whether you are just beginning a healing arts practice, or adding Reiki as an additional modality, the best way to gain confidence and maturity as a practitioner is by GIVING sessions! Students will be asked to schedule appointments and write short reflection papers for each session.

Creative Activities
Specifically designed to complement each week's topic, these assignments provide students an opportunity to free write, respond to prompts, and engage with the materials creatively.

Individual Mentor Sessions
This is YOUR time to ask questions or discuss sessions, projects, and reflection papers. We can explore the weekly topics further or any aspect of your growth, including individual healing and transformation. All sessions available on Zoom. (In - person options for Portland area residents.)
