In a plant spirit meditation, one intentionally connects with the energy and consciousness of the plant, in order to receive guidance. This is revealed to each individual uniquely.
Like all plant spirits, the flowering ones can be powerful, gentle, direct, subtle…and sometimes downright cheeky. But, when working with the essential oils made from the petals of flowers, there is something very special.
I would describe it as an unparalleled LOVE, that, at once caresses us AND brings out our creative force.

A three-month container for you to learn the art of journeying to plant spirits with your essential oils + unite with 5 extraordinary floral essential oils, in community.
We'll begin our time together with the 3-day course BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR OILS. This will prepare you, or deepen your practice, for meeting the plant spirits. Then, we will deep dive into 5 floral oils, during 2-hour calls, every other week. During guided plant spirit meditations, you will gather wisdom for yourself and the collective. You will also learn AcuAromatherapy points for each oil, another remarkable method for receiving the support of the flowers. We’ll spend time with each of the following essential oils: Magnolia, Jasmine, Neroli, Ylang Ylang, and Lavender.
