I’ve been an energy medicine practitioner for over 15 years. As is the case for many, I was initially called to Reiki.
I had absolutely no awareness of Reiki at the time. And then it appeared, out of the blue, everywhere in my world – in conversations, on flyers, books at eye level in the local library. I sometimes say that Reiki stalked me until I finally paid attention. My first Reiki class felt like coming home.
It was a natural progression into the LightSong School of 21st Century Shamanism and Energy Medicine. Interestingly, Shamanism had also been tapping at my door through my formal education as an Applied Anthropologist. I studied Korean Shamanism while living in Seoul and focused on Mexican folk medicine throughout my graduate studies. Little did I know that I would someday incorporate shamanic techniques into my own personal growth and professional life.
After a long and windy road training in the world of the unseen, I now know that this work is in my blood, my DNA, my ancestral lineages, my soul’s path.
It is what I was born to do.

My coursework at the LightSong school included advanced training in Soul Retrieval, Compassionate Spirit Release and Curse Unraveling. I served as a class assistant in all of the foundational courses and as a leader during multiple summer Telepathic Practicums. Living on the magical, coastal land in unison - imbuing every breath with intention and communicating with all living things (seen and unseen) and supporting questers - we immersed ourselves in the long forgotten capacities of humans.
While 1,000s of epiphanies, journeys, and class experiences shaped the shamanic practitioner that I have become, truly the most impactful teachings emerged from the LightSong Level 3 course - The Universal Shaman. During these two year-long trainings, I began my relationships with The Winds of Change (the Air Element) and Ixtaca, the Spirit of Shamanism-Life Consciousness (who often appears to me as a wonderfully wise and brazen medicine woman). Not only did the coursework and the relationships with the two Regalia Spirits stretch me and challenge me … and provide profound lessons in trust and the ability to merge deeply with universal consciousness … but they were clearly harbingers for today's planetary state and the crisis of the human soul. These Regalia spirits chose me for my personal expansion and to guide my contributions to humanity.

In a journey with the Plant Kingdom itself, I was guided to connect people to plants - plant essences to human essences. “Get them to talk to us. PLEASE, get them to talk to us”, said the Plant Kingdom. The plants, through essential oils, have been tremendous allies in transformation for my clients. For these reasons, I have also created Plant Speak, a series of online courses for the doTERRA essential oils community and two beautiful courses merging plant spirit meditations and AcuAromatherapy - FLOWERING WISDOM and Sitting In Stillness with the Sacred Ones.

I grew up in Northern California, in a small agricultural community of 1,000 inhabitants, at the heart of the Sacramento Delta, land of the Plains Miwok people. After traversing the globe for nearly a decade, I took root in SW Portland, Oregon. It is here that I have resided with my family for the last 20 years. My ancestors come from Germany, the Philippine Islands, Scotland, England and some mystery lands. I feel the energies of the lands I currently walk, and those of my people, DEEP IN MY SOUL.
Like many of you reading this I'm sure, I am very aware of the bubbling up and reaching out of my bloodlines, the lands, and universal messages at this time in history.

Humanity and mother earth are at a precipice of change. It simply IS happening. There is no question.
The age of Aquarius is here.
And, so, today, as I walk this path with all of the other brilliant souls who have chosen to incarnate at this tumultuous and extraordinary time, I am moved to bring us together.

To utilize our wondrous human gifts.
To call on our spirit allies.
To support, encourage, and inspire each other...as we vision and create our New Earth.
Change.
