Give and receive Reiki!  

This is a wonderful way to practice Reiki for new or experienced practitioners.  We'll create an intimate, sacred circle in the Almus Reiki studio...coming together first for a short, grounding meditation.  Then we'll break into small groups to offer Reiki to each other.  Each participant will have an opportunity to receive Reiki for 20 minutes.  Experience the profound relaxation of Reiki, that allows us to tap into our body's own innate wisdom.  A gift for yourself...and a gift to all beings, as your great bright light radiates out into the world.  

Offering Reiki is a beautiful gesture and a healing in itself.  Each time you give Reiki, your intuition deepens; your understanding of the energy body expands; and you connect with another human soul.  So, come practice your energy healing skills, meet new friends, and be surrounded by Reiki!
