Frankincense - Boswelia Tree
We will meet on three Sunday mornings during November and December
(in a Zoom circle), to sit with the following sacred essential oils,
made from 3 extraordinary allies from the Tree Nation:
Frankincense, Myrrh and Sandalwood
When we listen deeply, we can connect,
SOUL TO SOUL, with the plant world.
To receive guidance and wisdom.
To elucidate our own inner wisdom.
To harmonize with the plant spirits, for healing our body, mind and soul.
Frankincense, Myrrh + Sandalwood have been used in sacred ceremony for decades. Let's come together to be feel their intelligence.
Judith will lead you in a beautiful, guided meditation to meet the Spirit of each tree. We will ask these sacred ones for guidance. This may be in the form of personal messages, general wisdom, or counsel for the collective. (No meditation experience necessary.)
Participants will also learn acuaromatherapy points to use with each essential oil.
We will have time to practice these acupoints, and share our experiences together.
