I will ask you to come with a specific question in mind.  I'll send information beforehand, to help you craft the right type of question for this technique.
At your appointment...

Seated, you will first be guided in a grounding meditation, and will receive Reiki.  Once you have become centered and ...we will begin the process of divination*.
