in sacred sessions for your body, mind and soul.
Winter includes the excitement and inspiration of the new calendar year; Imbolc - the first wave of Spring (on February 1st); and all the cold days in between for us to WINTER...listening for messages from your soul's voice.
Your sessions may include Reiki, Shamanic Techniques, Chakra Healing, Plant Spirit Medicine (essential oils with acu-aromapoints) and/or guided meditations. You might also choose a Cord-Cutting Ceremony or a special focus for one of your sessions.
Together, we will listen to your heart and soul, and you will Heal Into Yourself.
Sometimes this looks like deep, deep relaxation, while other times it might be a wild journey on a guided meditation. It's always just what you need.
What's included in the Winter Sessions Package?
- 3 Energy Healing SESSIONS*
- An essential oil (2ml) for you to take home after every session.
- Follow up emails, including guidance and suggestions, and maybe some "homework". The reflective post-session emails ARE part of the healing.
*Each session will last from 1 ½ - 2 hours, providing for a long, spacious intake and check-in, and a debrief.
This important time before and after being on the table helps you define your intentions and promotes your own intuitive knowing.
