At Almus Reiki, group Reiki classes are small, personal and full of joy. Each class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and plenty of hands-on experience. In a beautiful, warm environment, we gather in circle for learning and deep healing.
Materials, certificates, snacks and tea are always provided for each class.

Reiki Levels I and II

Reiki Level 1 for TeensJoin a small group of Pacific Crest students to learn the hands-on energy technique called Reiki. Reiki will relax and center you. Reiki will help you focus. Reiki soothes you into a great night's sleep. And, each time you practice Reiki, you will feel whole and grounded, and like the amazing being that you are! In this class, we will talk about energy; learn the history of Reiki; and do an art project. Best of all...you will leave with an amazing tool for life!

Mothers Reiki Class, Level I
Combining both instruction and a bit of pampering, this Level I Reiki course is specifically designed for mothers. Participants will learn the history and origin of Reiki; receive the the healing attunement and be instructed in standard hand positions and intuitive reiki techniques. Mother will also delight in a beautiful guided mediation, delicious snacks and tea, and a day completely devoted to themselves! The small class size (limited to 5) allows us to both ...the samll class...allwo fo inividuazed attne, and ample time to pracic and recieve Reiki. We will focus on the ways in which Reiki can both profoundly relax and center mothers daily, as well as be used as a wonderful tool for the family.
