    Please rate your interpretation of the presentation of each subject listed below.  Use the following rating system and questionnaire, provided by the International Center for Reiki Training:

    1   POOR -- The teacher does not have a clear understanding of the subject being taught.  
    2   FAIR -- The teacher's knowledge of the subject was very limited.  
    3   GOOD -- The teacher presented the subject so that I have a basic understanding. 
    4   VERY GOOD -- The teacher presented the subject with depth and detail. 
    5   EXCELLENT -- The teacher included a variety of information on the subject which may be included personal illustrations and class discussion.
